Hi Everyone,
How have we been feeling recently?
Bored? Apathetic? Listless? Without purpose or meaning? Are we feeling unfulfilled? Wondering where our energy has gone?
When we get to this point, we may feel as though there’s nothing left to experience. Nothing that inspires us or calls us forward. It’s an extreme kind of feeling. We may feel more like an empty vessel than a human being; a vessel that has been slowly and inexorably drained of everything it once contained – everything we’ve ever known.
Is this emptiness frightening? Are we uncomfortable with our own Stillness; or can we accept it, and even make peace with it?
In a recent channeling by Alexandra, Kuthumi Lal Singh and Mary, the Mother of Jesus, shared with us about the nature and purpose of Stillness.
Mary came to remind us that what we are experiencing – this Stillness – isn’t new at all. In fact, it is well known. It’s a signal that a period of pregnancy is coming to an end.
Yes, we are on the verge of birthing ourselves – and the “stillness” that we feel is the final stage, the final ripening, of what we will begin to explore as we step fully into this New Earth. We will not enter as infants, of course – we will not be without wisdom in this. But we will be experiencing the world in profound new ways.
Women coming to full-term pregnancy have felt sensations similar to those that can accompany the experience of Stillness. These feelings may appear days, weeks, or even months before birth. They are feelings of heaviness – low spirits, lack of energy, and the sense that time is dragging on and on without any resolution to the challenges of the pregnancy.
But what happened eventually? The contractions of the uterus came. And with these movements, the child was born in relatively short order.
As Mother Mary continued, she offered to be our “spiritual midwife” saying that she would gladly support us in our birthing process. Specifically, she agreed to help us make appropriate decisions that are in harmony with the Greater Movements of this time, so that our emergence into the New World and the appearance of our new creations might be easy and joyful.
Kuthumi also provided some useful reminders.
He said that we find ourselves in this time of stillness for the purpose of contemplation – of reflecting upon the things we desire to bring into the world. He invited us to fully experience the Stillness. Not to rush or force our birthing against the natural pace of unfolding events.
Kuthumi remarked that by the end of January and into February our lives should feel like they are moving forward again. Some of us may experience this chaotically. But when this movement happens, he added, we should remember to keep things as simple as possible. We should not be too hasty with our decisions or our actions.
The opportunities that are coming to us are meant to expand into even greater possibilities. In general, this means that it will be important to reflect before acting. We may find it especially helpful to consciously broaden our perspectives before locking into any particular course of action.
Why?
Because when we are hasty, we do not always see things as they really are. Decisions fueled by an urgency to get on with life, especially after we have felt stuck for so long, can be impulsive decisions – not inspired ones. If we act precipitously in this way, without fully feeling the potentials that lie before us, we may find ourselves walking away from these opportunities, rather than growing and expanding with them.
Kuthumi’s message was timely: Keep things simple. And he encouraged this simplicity by reminding us to bring the “little things” to the forefront in our daily lives now. These are the small and often overlooked details that bring added joy to our hearts – a good meal, a warm bath, embracing a loved one, laughing to our heart’s content.
These simple acts and daily rituals are important because they reinforce our inner foundation for trusting ourselves – knowing that we are safe and loved, wherever we may find ourselves in this world and whatever we may be doing. These reminders will be helpful as we begin to explore the new opportunities that will be opening up soon.
Remember, dear friends, that we are never alone and that we are completely supported in all our experiences. Although at times it may feel that we are quite on our own, bear in mind and heart that our Guides, our Angelic Support, and our Souls are assisting us – always.

My dear friends,
Look at your experiences from the past week and detach yourself emotionally from them. See the trust that grew in you; the rest that you granted yourself; and the silence, the peace of mind, and the acceptance that you found.
During the last week, there were days in which you took care of all the details in your life, and at the same time, you managed to get enough rest. To do this, you created a space “somewhere outside of time” in which you could expand your energies.
These experiences that you allowed yourself last week are like building blocks – bricks that are helping you to create a solid foundation in this New World. But even this image is static, for there is also movement in this foundation.
Imagine that you have mounted a wave and that this wave supports and buoys you in the water. It will grow; and soon you will discover how to continue moving along with it.
Now, please pay attention. Watch the wave as it grows. Notice that you are on top of it. In the next few days, you will discover yourself at the high point of this wave. And from this height you will begin to feel the need for action.
Don’t be afraid.
This time it will be different from what you knew before.
From now on, when you mount the wave, the joy of the ride will continue. You won’t be thrown off, tossed about, or submerged in the water as the wave crashes on the shore. Instead, you will feel quite good as you continue to move along.
I invite you to imagine yourself remaining on top of this wave. Imagine yourself riding its crest. Feel yourself, as you keep your perspective from these heights. Know that you can sustain this movement for as long as you like.
The time of rest, this time in which you did nothing at all, and those long moments of silence that made you think you were bored – all of these were needed to create this wave. It’s a new kind of wave and a new kind of experience. This is a Self-sustaining wave. Now it has continuity. It’s not just a surfer’s wave: one that builds in intensity, then peaks, and eventually falls away. This one lasts.
So... be present, pay attention, be conscious, and be ready for action!
Honestly, the movement and this expansion have already started. You only need to allow the energies to manifest, to let yourself be carried by the wave without any distracting influences from the outside.
Your focus has been reborn from the silence, the rest, and the time you spent doing nothing at all – from this time in which you were feeling bored or even apathetic.
You are focused now, like a laser ray – and this focus has to do with your New Involvement in the human experience. This is the New Assignment you have assumed for yourself.
It is an assignment that is yours, and yours alone; and it involves your life completely.
But remember this: There is no mission.
I tell you this one more time, just to remind you not to take up another search for purpose outside yourself, only to find yourself in confusion once again.
Now, let us breathe together. Breathe and feel.
Feel your new focus. Feel where you are going, and what you’re going to be involved in. Maybe you will sense something, maybe not. But don’t worry. This doesn’t really matter.
The most important thing for you to do now is to breathe and feel. In this way, you will receive all the information that your Soul considers appropriate for developing your new focus.
So, please pause now for a moment and breathe...
Now, what do you feel?
Do you feel that your Soul has melded with the human you? That they are in perfect collaboration, in an effervescent dance? This melding allows the New You to emerge from the old. It’s an eruption, of sorts, isn’t it?
Think of a volcano. The purpose of the volcano is not destruction. It is renewal. A volcano rebuilds tired soils, and creates lofty mountains where all was flat and monotonous before.
How can I explain this? Do you feel the difference from the past?
You are now in a place where you are Present, and that’s it. That’s it!
You are a rocket in flight, exploring the cosmos, but with a difference. As you fly, you are manifesting the flight, and enjoying it, even as it unfolds before you. You are not distracted. There are no on-board computers diverting your attention. There is nothing calculating trajectories or keeping you on course toward a distant target. This is not a linear or goal-driven process.
Instead, you are on a flight propelled by your own joy, by your own enjoyment of life. Every movement forward in flight, every step you take on your journey, is in total trust of Who You Are. You know with your whole being – not just the three-dimensional mind – that this is your own creation. And you know with All Your Being, that this is how you shall do it.
Now, let us breathe together again. Breathe deeply. Don't force anything. Have no intention.
You ask me, “When shall I take action, and what will this action involve?”
My dear ones, energies have a natural course that is all their own, and in this course there is a perfect time for action. It is imminent; it is drawing close. Why? Because just as you cannot halt a rose or lilac in its cycle of growth – from seed to seedling, from flower to fruit, and from fruit back to seed again – so you cannot stop energy that is evolving toward active expression.
How will you know when to take action? You will feel that moment like an urge. As I said before, it is an imminent moment. It’s like the bladder, telling you to use the toilet. Do you think about it? Or do you just have an inner feeling, when it is time to act?
Well, the time to act with your New Assignment, your New Focus, will also be revealed to you. It will be revealed to each of you; not when you are ready, but when the time is right.
Do you see the difference?
You will know clearly when that moment has arrived. And you will know what to do when it appears. Acting now, before all is prepared – even though you may feel that you are ready – will only yield negligible or unexpected results. Does the infant in the womb at eight months of age demand to be born, or does it patiently wait its appointed time?
Accept things as they are. Be patient with yourselves. In this way, you will not wait in confusion asking yourselves, “When will it happen? What will it be?” And you also will not be startled when it IS time to act. Instead, you will act spontaneously and in an untroubled way, because this kind of action is the natural outcome of developing energies, of the evolution of energies.
How is this different from the way you have taken action in the past? Most importantly, you will not create drama around it, your surroundings will not distract you, and your focus will be clearly on your own experience – on what you feel. That is where all of you are going. This is where every conscious being that chooses to travel as you do, is going.
In the same way that you have learned to trust your life experiences, so you will also learn to take actions that expand your experiences of life. Just as trusting your Self is inseparable from That Trust; so the desire for action will no longer be separated from the action you take, nor the desire for expansion from the expansion itself.
You've come to a point where you can integrate your heart’s desires with your actual experience of those desires – be they desires for action, expansion, clarity, or anything else you may choose.
Why is this possible? Because time and space as you have known it, are collapsing. Can you accept this and get on with it?
You are bringing this into your experience now. It is not a promise of something still to come. It is here now. It is already part of your energetic experience.
So, rest assured. Everything is happening, as it should. All is flowing quite naturally. And remember. The certainty that you have in this comes from the communication recently established between your Soul and your human self; a communication in which you received your New Assignment.
Yes, I still hear you asking, “What is my New Assignment?”
Just trust your intuition, trust where you are, be merry, and let it all unfold.

Greetings to you, dear wonderful Creators,
It is I, Saint-Germain, with my friend, Kryon, who greet you this day.
You’ve come, at the beginning of this year, to a point of resolution in your life. You have shut down the old programming connected with years and lifetimes of living on this Earth. You have cut the ties to an old grid that involved living in restricted and limited ways. And during this past week, you made your way into a New World, into this New Earth.
You may have observed that during the last week your sleeping patterns were different than those you would normally call restful. You had long nights, difficulties falling asleep, restless dreams, and tossing and turning in the bed. You also passed days in silence, when everything was still and nothing much was moving. You even had days in which you wondered exactly what was going on.
You had these experiences because these recent nights and days were used to prepare you for the opening of a New Grid, a jumping into a New Reality. You might have had the feeling that you were in between worlds. This feeling was very true.
During recent nights we worked together preparing you for a new leap; a leap that you have made in the last 24 hours. You walked into a New Grid and let the old structures fall away. You stepped through realities, and soon found yourself speaking to the world from a deep and quiet space. You may have felt a sense of expansion or deep communication with the source of your divinity, your Soul.
In the past 24 hours, a new line of communication has been opened. At this time, the human you listened to the Divine. Your Soul shared physical coordinates and assignments for you in this New World, this New Life, and this New Grid.
Even now, you look at the things you once knew. You see them there. You feel them. Yet, they are not familiar anymore. This is because the heightened awareness of Who You Are knows that you are in a new environment now. You sense, and feel, and see the New.
The assignment that was given to you in the last 24 hours has no purpose. There is no mission with a final result. Instead, it is an assignment of Service to your Self – to be in service to the life that you have begun and to the freedom that you have embraced.
Take this new assignment that was given to you by your Soul. Give it space. Give it freedom to expand, to reveal itself to you, and to let you know what it is about.
You laugh and ask, “Will it fall in my lap?”
Yes, it will. It will fall into your lap because you allow it to do so. You allow it to grow right in front of your eyes. This is not about searching for it, or trying to find it. It’s here now.
You are already stepping into your experience of this new assignment. There is no waiting. As I said, it’s here now.

Alexandra Mahlimay and Dan Bennack
Alexandra Mahlimay was born in Transylvania, Romania. She is an empath and conscious channeler of angelic beings, ascended masters, and spirit guides.
As a child, she enjoyed being outdoors, feeling the earth beneath her feet, and marveling at the beauty of Nature.
In school, she discovered that her greatest sense of joy came from helping others. This led her to obtain a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Applied Sciences in Merseburg, Germany. Her professional experience includes crisis counseling and refugee assistance. Alexandra is multilingual, speaking Romanian, French, German, and English.
As an adult, Alexandra rediscovered a childhood gift. She began to communicate again with Spirit. In 2004, she channeled publicly for the first time, giving voice to Miriam (Mary Magdalene), Saint-Germain, Kuthumi, and Yeshua (Jesus).
At present, Alexandra divides her time between writing, workshop development, and private sessions. In her session work, she assists clients in opening up clear lines of communication to their sources of Divinity. These include spirit helpers, guides, and ascended masters, but more importantly they involve the Soul and Higher Self of the client.
Dan Bennack is a native Texan from the United States. After obtaining his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Michigan State University, he worked for twenty years as a conservation biologist in tropical Mexico and in the Chihuahuan Desert of the United States. Dan also has experience helping rural communities with environmental problems and has served as a refugee resettlement specialist. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dan’s conscious spiritual path began as an adolescent, when he was drawn to the works of Edgar Cayce. Since then, the love and wisdom of many have guided him. He affirms that the greatest source of inspiration available to him is his Higher Self, the “God Who Lives in me, as me.”
In 2007, Dan began a trip around the world to meet spiritual adventurers he had come to know through various Internet forum groups. During his travels, he shared moments with friends from North America, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
In Romania, Dan met Alexandra Mahlimay, whom he married and with whom he now shares his life, love, and service to Divinity. You can see their wedding pictures here.
Dan's current passion is writing, developing workshops with Alexandra, and teaching the core truths in their channeled materials.
