Free Will…
Does, as It Wills,
Without a care for tomorrow.
Extending the Same,
To others it names,
It empties the confines of sorrow.
Imprison a mind,
And soon you will find,
Your own mind will certainly follow.
To hope to commute,
Your sentence transmute,
You must salvage a heart that is hollow.
Fill it with love,
From Heaven above, or from You…
It’s One and the Same.
Your heart, and theirs,
Are destiny shared,
Embrace this and gladly proclaim:
"Free Will is Goodwill"
(Not 'Do-as-I-will' Will),
Releasing the bondage of pain.
In speaking this way,
You can certainly say,
Now I know my True Name.
Heart that is Pure,
Mind that is Free,
This is True Sovereignty.
"No limits" are shared,
If you know this, then dare…
To Love, and Do As You Will.

Hello Ekin,
Thank you for your kind words about our work and the poem. It's wonderful to hear from you, and to know that what we do has touched you.
Oh, and we really appreciate the congratulations on our marriage, too!
Lots of love,
Dan and Alex
I always sensed that there was something about the interpretation and understanding of free-will that folks weren't getting. I have observed so many thoughtless actions justified with the statement "Hey, dude, free will, ya know?" Now I know! It is the Essence of Goodwill within the teaching of free-will, that has not been fully integrated. We are all vessels on a vast ocean, some of us are on the Good Ship Lollypop and others are in a leaky boat. We are all sea-worthy vessels and rowing our boats ashore in our own unique way. Enlightening poem!
Thanks, CLH...
I feel the same way. Free will is possible because of Good Will, just like individual sovereignty is possible because of the Unity of Spirit.
Yours!
Dan (and Alex)
